Does any of this sound familiar?

Six things we hear in almost every first conversation with a business your size.

Growth still runs

on referrals

Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.

You can't see the

sales pipeline

Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.

Agencies

haven't stuck

Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.

Everything

runs separately

Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.

One hire
cannot cover it

Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.

Leads go in
and vanish

Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.

The Diagnosis

A Marketing Problem
A Growth Infrastructure Problem

Which is exactly why spending more on activity hasn't moved the number.

The Real Challenge

More marketing is not necessarily the answer.
Better marketing infrastructure is.

Marketing reports clicks and rankings. Just vanity metrics! You need to know what became pipeline and revenue.

If nobody in the business can answer that, the system is broken — not the spend.
Five questions tell you which one you have:

Who, exactly, are
you trying to win?

You’re guessing at demographics instead of targeting a defined buyer.

Why should they choose you over anyone else?

Spend goes out every month.

What came back isn’t clear.

What actually happens after a lead comes in?

Who touches it, how fast, and what happens
when nobody does.

Can you trace revenue back to marketing spend?

Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.

Can you trace revenue back to marketing spend?

You know what you spent. You don’t know what it bought.

One connected system, or seven separate ones?

Website, SEO, ads, LinkedIn, CRM, email and
sales usually run as strangers.

The Brighta Growth Machine

Five stages.
One connected system.

This is the order growth actually happens in — and the order
we build in. Skip a stage and the ones after it underperform.

1
Market
Know exactly who you're built to win, and where they're already looking.
2
Message
Say the one thing that makes the right buyer
lean in — and the wrong one leave.
3
Machine
Website, search, LinkedIn, paid media, content and email carrying it to market.
4
System
The process and CRM that turn attention into pipeline you can rely on.
5
Measure
The numbers that show what's working, before you spend more finding out.

Most businesses we meet have stages 1 and 2 half-done, and 3 to 5 missing entirely.

Seen enough?
Find out what your growth machine is missing.

01
Build the plan with you
A growth plan built around your market, your numbers and your commercial targets — not a template with your logo on it.
02
Execute it for you
A specialist team runs the machine day to day — brand, web, digital, CRM — so delivery never waits on you finding time.
03
Build capability into your business
Systems, reporting and knowledge stay inside your business, so you're not renting your own growth engine forever.

Your Growth Plan

The Alternative

This session is designed for the
right kind of business.

It’s a strong fit if:

Probably not yet if:

This is the order growth actually happens in — and the order
we build in. Skip a stage and the ones after it underperform.

The Questions We

Usually Get Asked

Is this a sales pitch?

No. It's a working session — Ben maps your five growth stages and shows you which ones are missing. You leave with a Growth Plan either way, whether or not you become a client.

What actually happens in the 30 minutes?

A conversation, not a presentation. Ben asks about your revenue target, your market, and where growth is stalling — then maps that against the five stages (Market, Message, Machine, System, Measure) to show you what's missing.

What's in the Growth Plan I get afterwards?

Your market position in plain language, which of the five stages are missing, the two highest-value fixes in order, and a 12-month roadmap outline. It's yours to keep either way.

How much does this cost?

The 30-minute session and Growth Plan are free. If there's a fit to work together afterwards, Ben will walk you through what that looks like — no pricing surprises, no pressure.

Is this only for construction and manufacturing businesses?

No — the sessions are built for established B2B businesses generally, typically $3M–$20M in revenue with genuine growth ambition. Brighta's specialist experience skews toward construction, manufacturing, and professional services, but the diagnosis applies to any B2B business with the growth infrastructure gaps described above.

What if we don't fit the criteria on this page?

If you're early-stage, still settling your proposition, or looking for a one-off task rather than an ongoing system, this session probably isn't the right starting point yet - and Ben will tell you that directly rather than push a fit that isn't there.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
No. Just come with your revenue target and the kind of customers you want more of — the details of your current setup come out in the conversation itself.

You don't need
more random marketing activity.

You need a clear path to more of the customers you actually want — and a system that shows you it’s working. Thirty minutes is all it takes to find out what’s missing.

Rebranding and Rebuilding Parcsafe into a Credible Digital Growth Platform

Parcsafe was created to make parking simpler, smarter, and easier for the people who rely on it every day. What started as a hands-on, solutions-first approach has grown into a trusted partner for councils, developers, and operators across Australia.

Parcsafe Before Parcsafe After

The Challenge

Parcsafe’s buyers need clarity, trust, and confidence in delivery. They are often evaluating complex parking challenges across commercial, education, infrastructure, and multi-site environments.

The Objective

Reposition Parcsafe digitally as a smarter, more credible parking systems specialist — while building a website that supports education, trust, enquiries, and long-term growth.

Frame 445 Frame 444

Our Approach

This project combined brand strategy, UX, content, SEO, photography, and custom WordPress development into one cohesive digital transformation.

The goal wasn’t simply to make the website look better. It was to help Parcsafe show up with greater clarity, authority, and commercial confidence.

Repositioning an Established Agricultural Brand into a Trusted Digital Growth Platform

GrainKing is an established Australian manufacturer of grain handling equipment, supporting farmers and agribusinesses with solutions designed to improve harvest efficiency, safety and productivity.

Brighta was engaged to refine GrainKing’s brand and visual identity, strengthen its market positioning and rebuild the website on WordPress into a clearer, more credible and conversion-focused digital platform.

The Challenge

GrainKing had a strong reputation in the agricultural market, but its previous digital presence did not reflect the true strength of the business.

The visual identity lacked consistency across the website, the messaging did not clearly communicate GrainKing’s market position, and the user journey was not aligned with how farmers research and purchase high-value agricultural equipment.

The Objective

Reposition GrainKing as a trusted agricultural equipment partner and create a website that could guide users from initial research through to product selection, demonstration, quotation and enquiry.

Our Approach

Complete Brand, Website Strategy, UX & Development transformation

The work began well before design. We first needed to understand GrainKing’s audiences, product architecture, sales process and the information buyers require when evaluating agricultural equipment.

Denliz: Digital Growth Through a B2B Marketing Strategy That Delivered

Denliz lacked the internal marketing resources and digital structure needed to consistently support new business growth. Brighta partnered with the business to modernise its brand, strengthen its digital presence, and create a website designed to build credibility and support lead generation.

The Challenge

Key issues:
  • Visually dated and static
  • Lacking clear messaging and positioning
  • Missing structured user journeys
  • Devoid of trust signals such as projects, client logos, or proof of capability
Despite strong real-world expertise, the digital presence failed to communicate Denliz’s scale, experience, or quality – limiting its effectiveness as a sales and credibility tool.

The Objective

Revitalise Denliz’s digital presence so it reflects the business’s legacy, capability, and professionalism while creating a stronger foundation for lead generation and growth.

Our Approach

This project combined branding, photography, UX strategy, and custom development into a single, cohesive transformation.

The Outcome

The new Denliz website now reflects the true scale, quality, and professionalism of the business.
Key outcomes include:
  • A modern digital presence aligned with Denliz’s 20-year legacy
  • Clearer messaging and more structured user journeys
  • Stronger credibility through real project photography and trust signals
  • A more effective platform for enquiries, sales conversations, and future growth
