Six things we hear in almost every first conversation with a business your size.
Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.
Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.

The Diagnosis
The Real Challenge
If nobody in the business can answer that, the system is broken — not the spend. Five questions tell you which one you have:
You’re guessing at demographics instead of targeting a defined buyer.
Spend goes out every month.
What came back isn’t clear.
Who touches it, how fast, and what happens
when nobody does.
Too much of it depends on relationships, not a system you control.
You know what you spent. You don’t know what it bought.
Website, SEO, ads, LinkedIn, CRM, email and
sales usually run as strangers.
The Brighta Growth Machine
This is the order growth actually happens in — and the order
we build in. Skip a stage and the ones after it underperform.
Most businesses we meet have stages 1 and 2 half-done, and 3 to 5 missing entirely.

You carry ~$120,000 in salary and super before tools, wait 3–6 months for them to ramp, and still end up outsourcing whatever they can’t cover. If they leave, you start again.

The Alternative
The Alternative
Revenue target, timeframe, and the customers you want more of.
We map your five stages and find the ones doing nothing.
Usually positioning, measurement, or a channel on autopilot.
We identify the 1 x constraint and the immediate unlock
An honest answer on the call, including when it's no.
Proof Not Adjectives
Not a slide deck and not a proposal. A single working document you could hand to your team on Monday.

30 minutes with Ben. A conversation, not a presentation.
Written up and sent to you afterwards — yours to keep.

No. It's a working session — Ben maps your five growth stages and shows you which ones are missing. You leave with a Growth Plan either way, whether or not you become a client.
A conversation, not a presentation. Ben asks about your revenue target, your market, and where growth is stalling — then maps that against the five stages (Market, Message, Machine, System, Measure) to show you what's missing.
Your market position in plain language, which of the five stages are missing, the two highest-value fixes in order, and a 12-month roadmap outline. It's yours to keep either way.
The 30-minute session and Growth Plan are free. If there's a fit to work together afterwards, Ben will walk you through what that looks like — no pricing surprises, no pressure.
No — the sessions are built for established B2B businesses generally, typically $3M–$20M in revenue with genuine growth ambition. Brighta's specialist experience skews toward construction, manufacturing, and professional services, but the diagnosis applies to any B2B business with the growth infrastructure gaps described above.
If you're early-stage, still settling your proposition, or looking for a one-off task rather than an ongoing system, this session probably isn't the right starting point yet - and Ben will tell you that directly rather than push a fit that isn't there.
You need a clear path to more of the customers you actually want — and a system that shows you it’s working. Thirty minutes is all it takes to find out what’s missing.

Parcsafe was created to make parking simpler, smarter, and easier for the people who rely on it every day. What started as a hands-on, solutions-first approach has grown into a trusted partner for councils, developers, and operators across Australia.
Parcsafe’s buyers need clarity, trust, and confidence in delivery. They are often evaluating complex parking challenges across commercial, education, infrastructure, and multi-site environments.
Reposition Parcsafe digitally as a smarter, more credible parking systems specialist — while building a website that supports education, trust, enquiries, and long-term growth.
This project combined brand strategy, UX, content, SEO, photography, and custom WordPress development into one cohesive digital transformation.
The goal wasn’t simply to make the website look better. It was to help Parcsafe show up with greater clarity, authority, and commercial confidence.
GrainKing is an established Australian manufacturer of grain handling equipment, supporting farmers and agribusinesses with solutions designed to improve harvest efficiency, safety and productivity.
Brighta was engaged to refine GrainKing’s brand and visual identity, strengthen its market positioning and rebuild the website on WordPress into a clearer, more credible and conversion-focused digital platform.
GrainKing had a strong reputation in the agricultural market, but its previous digital presence did not reflect the true strength of the business.
The visual identity lacked consistency across the website, the messaging did not clearly communicate GrainKing’s market position, and the user journey was not aligned with how farmers research and purchase high-value agricultural equipment.
Reposition GrainKing as a trusted agricultural equipment partner and create a website that could guide users from initial research through to product selection, demonstration, quotation and enquiry.
The work began well before design. We first needed to understand GrainKing’s audiences, product architecture, sales process and the information buyers require when evaluating agricultural equipment.
Denliz lacked the internal marketing resources and digital structure needed to consistently support new business growth. Brighta partnered with the business to modernise its brand, strengthen its digital presence, and create a website designed to build credibility and support lead generation.
